PROPOSED EXECUTION PLAN

The partnership roadmap

Prove a repeatable youth-sports business before funding national expansion. Timing is relative to partnership approval, not a promised launch date.

First 90 days

Align the partnership

Proposed lead: All partners

Confirm participating legal entities, including Pivot25 Productions’ proposed production role. Agree governance, ownership, budgets, revenue-sharing principles and decision authority.

Decision gate: Signed framework, verified data room, pilot budget and safeguarding/legal review before any launch.

Year 1

Prove the BPN pilot

Proposed lead: BPN operations + proposed Pivot25 production team

Select existing events; clear filming and distribution permissions; test live coverage, sponsor inventory and opt-in recruiting services. Track paid conversion, event contribution and retention.

Decision gate: Documented pilot economics, consent controls, content quality and renewals; targets agreed by partners, not assumed here.

Year 2

Repeat before expanding

Proposed lead: BPN + MarMill Global

Replicate profitable event formats, secure sponsor contracts and assess the first expansion market. Obtain site feasibility, contractor estimates, permits and a fully funded sources-and-uses plan.

Decision gate: Capital commitments and independent demand validation before construction or venue acquisition.

Year 3

Build a regional network

Proposed lead: BPN operations + media partners

Open only approved sites; standardize scheduling, media production and athlete-service quality. Evaluate licensed youth and club content packages with schools and governing bodies.

Decision gate: Site-level operating evidence, licensed content inventory and demonstrated audience value before new rights bids.

Year 4

Scale distribution

Proposed lead: Proposed Pivot25 team + MarMill Global

Negotiate distribution partnerships and assess selective college opportunities with legal and eligibility review. Underwrite each rights package separately from facility economics.

Decision gate: Rights availability, affordable minimum guarantees and proven sponsor/subscriber demand; no college rights assumed.

Year 5 & beyond

Earn the right to compete

Proposed lead: Partnership investment committee

Review portfolio performance and consider national facilities, additional sports and selective professional opportunities. Separate new bids from the core youth-sports business.

Decision gate: Independent investment approval, sufficient capital and a credible distribution plan; professional rights are an ambition, not a commitment.
